So as you know I put an offer in on a house on Black Friday. We signed loan docs yesterday and should have the keys today. It has been a fast process for a short sale. We will be cleaning it all weekend and doing some yard work. My wife and I are so excited to be home owners again. I does need a lot of cleaning and yard work. The most exciting thing is I am giving up the mancave for a few months for the daughter and grandkids. They are moving back from Texas I need my Papa time with them. Once they move out we will be having a herf. So stay tuned for upcoming events at the Besst Bungalow.
