Born in 1970 (Year of the Dog) and time of the year (September) makes my elemental "Metal" so the dog is going to be done to look metalic. Chinese writing from top left means "Loyalty", "Honestly" and "Determination"...the 3 strongest traits of Metal Dogs (had 3 chinese friends that don't know each other confirm that's what they say). Lotus flowers represent resiliance since they start out under water in mud and muck. It isn't until it breaks the surface that it starts to bloom. They'll be some shading around the objects to make it look "pressed in". Going on the inside of my left forearm.
