Going Back to Work (Well Kinda)

As most of u know I retired in Dec, Well it’s time for the Big Dawg to get back to work…..
O don’t get me wrong, I luv being retired, The Gov. called, asked if I’d be interested, an paying me pretty good coin also, so its cigar money …..heeeeee hawwwww

I’ll be headed to Southern Cal. For 30 days leaving tomorrow . I’ll be working in Santa Maria as Aircraft Coordinator, working with the Night flying Helicopter program. This is a big step for the US Forest Service, as we have not done any night flying operation since 1975. So I’m lucky to be asked to help. The main job I’ll be doing is overseeing, supervising, and training the aircraft dispatchers …..

This will be a challenging and exciting project, and it sounds like a kick in the ass time …….
