Hello all botl and sotl,

Been smoking cigars for just under a year now, and found this forum while reading online about cigar stuff :ccool: I had smoked cigarettes for about 13 + years until I quit about 2 and a half years ago. I slowly regained some of my taste back and after my last two vacations (Dominican and Cuba) I fell in love with this hobby and i'm glad that there are forums like this where I can glean knowledge from and also shoot the breeze about all the new experiences (good or bad) that come with each stick that gets fired up.

Cheers!

Welcome brother good to have more Canadians on here with us, I am just across the lake in Hamilton.

What brand of cigars are you into and what are some of your personal favourites.

Cheers,
JM

Thanks for the warm welcome fellow Ontarian, after having tried a handful of Non Cubans I'd say Casa Magna and CAO La Traviata have been my favorite so far. I dived more into the Cubans as of late after my recent trip to Cuba and have so far fallen in love with Trinidad, Cohiba, Partagas D4's, Ramon Allones and Saint Luis Rey. I enjoy cigars that are more on the medium to strong side but equally enjoy a mild cigar that isn't shy with flavour like a HdM Palmas Extras or a PL Montecarlo.

Welcome. I was in Toronto last September, very cool place. Really enjoyed the Steam Whistle brewing company, enjoyed their beer. I recommend the Frank Correnti cigar factory, got some great fresh rolled Cubans. Enjoy and welcome.
