Smoked my first TAA tonight and really wasn't impressed. Had high hopes due to seeing comments on them all over the place. I love pretty much everything Tatuaje puts out, but this guy just didn't do it for me. May have been a little too humid? Bought it from a shop the other day and let it rest in my humi for a couple of days. Figured it would be fine, but I felt like it was wanting to go out the whole time. Humi is steady at 65-66%.

Anyways... That is all. Carry on.

Not enjoying a cigar alot of others do isnt a bad thing either. It just could mean those arent in your wheelhouse, that being said try a few before you decide to not buy another could be the rh could just be your mood the time you smoked it, alot of factors go into how your palate perceives flavors, and important thing for those sticks ... retro retro retro

ALWAYS RETRO! haha. But I agree. However, the flavors I am getting from it I like... just not enough of them and not a lot of smoke. I'm going to try a few more before I throw in the flag.

For me the first third had issues with the burn. That seems to be common though. I read the same thing in a couple of reviews. As far as smoke and flavor, it is probably best to have a fresher palate and an environment that lets you focus. To me it is a cigar for smoking when you have time to just sit back without distractions.

I have seen Pete Johnson say that he enjoys his cigars at 70%. I personally have been smoking NCs (about half Tatuaje) at a higher humidity lately (68-69 vs 63-64 back a few months ago) and have enjoyed the change.
I agree man. Since I moved my NCs away from my CCs. RH change from 63% to 68%, the NCs have smoked a lot better. It's amazing how a little change like that makes a huge change.
