I started ordering cigars from Cigar Hustler a few months ago. I really like the idea of their monthly sampler and just received my third one yesterday. It allows you to try some new cigars that you normally wouldn't try and at very reasonable price. While I didn't get a chance to pre-order any Las Calaveras, I was able to grab some from Cigar Hustler when they received them. I called them up when I got the email that they got them in and they shipped that same day. I received them today when I got home from work. I was looking them over and realized that there was a crack running length wise from the foot up about half an inch. I figured it would smoke fine but I just wanted to let Cigar Hustler know. I sent Mike from Cigar Hustler a quick email and a picture of the crack. He got back to me right away and stated that he had found cracks like that on a few that came in and thought that he had picked them all out. He apologized and refunded me almost immediately for the one Las Calaveras which was not the reason that I brought it to his attention but it was appreciated greatly. I just wanted to bring to everyones attention the great customer service that Mike and his staff are providing.
