Brothers! As my first post, I wanted to introduce myself to the group. I currently live in Los Angeles but was fortunate enough to have lived abroad in Hong Kong and Philippines where I was able to partake in A LOT of outstanding smokes. I've been smoking cigars for 10+ years but just started smoking more seriously within the last five to six years.
Generally, I enjoy smoking CCs but my all-time favorite cigar was a 8+ year old Opus X Perfecxion 2 that I smoked back in 2009. Favorite brands include: Opus X, Ramon Allones, Montecristo, Bolivar, and Cohiba.
One of the worst cigars that I've had was ironically the most expensive. It was a 1988 Davidoff Dom Perignon that I smoked in 2010. It appeared to be well-kept, as one would expect for the price paid, but it tasted like dirt and grass. Most disappointing but at least I was able to check it off the bucket list.
I'm not really big on the online forums but figured I'd give this a try. I came across the site as I'm considering attending the Big Smoke Las Vegas for the first time in November and wanted to get feedback from others that have attended in the past.
Looking forward to meeting others and possibly joining a smoke session at some point in the future. Cheers!
