Had heard about this forum from my good friend Jay and finally decided to join up and enjoy some camaraderie with like-minded cigar lovers.
I am very eager to trade tales of great smokes as well as take as many opportunities as possible to hear about what was great, is great, and will be great.
I lived in Tampa for four and a half years and will be moving back in October and have always had a great passion for Rocky Patel, JC Newman and Drew Estate cigars as they all have very vibrant communities there and a great society of cigar smokers.
I had the pleasure of meeting Rocky last year at a Drew event right before the big cigar event there and it sent my casual smoking into overdrive!
I go from one a day after a hard day's work to three or four on a good day off.
I screen-write and do a lot of treatments and I am blessed that it has allowed me to live comfortably and happily here in Oklahoma City, having a chance to reconnect with family after being apart for so many years.
I am a proud Italian man and as a result, I also keep a more consistent day job in the retail world, so I stay busy. Things are really looking good to allow me to lose that job here in short order and spend more time doing the things I love such as traveling, smoking cigars, meeting good people and enjoying life!

Pardon the rambling...

Some of my favorite sticks over the past year or so are of course the Fuente Opus X (The 12 dollar ones, lol. I'd dream of the kingpins!), The Drew Estate Herrera Norteno, The Rocky Patel Decade and Platinum Series, Camacho's American Barrel Aged and Ecuador Lines, Crowned Heads Las Calaveras, Jericho Hill and a multitude of others from that wonderful company. Also loving Gurkha's Ghost line, Ashton's VSG and The Room 101 La Bomba series.
At the moment, I CANNOT get enough of the outstanding Warped Flor De Valle line. I must have smoked five to six of the Cristales this week alone. I just enjoyed the Sky Flower today and had the El Oso and Colmena as well.
I cannot wait to trade tales and smokes with the community as well as getting to know a great deal more about cigars from true veterans of it all!
The pleasure is mine!
