I have heard some pretty great things on these cigars and I plan on getting a 5'er.
Then I noticed that there appears to be 2 cigars in each vitola...The El Mundo and (I guess) the "regular"
Anyone know the difference?
Your favorite of the two?
Any feedback greatly appreciated! :)

Send a PM to CWS, think Chuck is familiar with these. Wish I could help. My only advise (which is bad) is get both 5ers and try them yourself in a size you like the best.

I have smoked the Churchill, and the Robo, and both a great cigars. Pick the size you like best, and you won't be disappointed. I believe they made an "A" sized stick as well.

Gotcha...However, my question is trying to see if anyone knows the difference between the El Mundo and the Reg...There are two offerings within this line.

I did email Chuck....He's the one who gave high praise to this cigar...Just want to place the order soon!!

Thanks guys

The El Mundo is a parejo shape (untapered), basically a slightly larger robusto. The other vitola is this line that shares the same dimensions is the Torpedo. This has the more classic Belicoso length and RG but is shaped like the traditional Torp. (does that make any sense?)

I like both but I'd probably go with the El Mundo. Slightly better draw. I absolutely love this blend and consider it among Pepin's best, across the board.

Great sticks!!! Churchill's, Robusto's, Corona's and the A's have always been great. Torp's can be a little tight.

To your question:

5 x 50 (regular) or 5 x 52 (el mundo)

Not much of a difference. Just depends if you like bigger things in your mouth. :wtf:

A friend of mine turned me on to these sticks and I have loved them since day one. The Robusto with its PSD4 look-a-like band is in my regular rotation.
