Hawaii celebrates its 50th this year and I for one never knew all the angst pent up on this issue. I have some reading to do. Having never been to the island, I have long held this as a tourist destination.
When I visit my friends who own a couple of the L&L Hawaiin Barbecue shops, I am going to ask them as my curiousity is certainly piqued.
