Thanks everyone! I didn't get to enjoy any sticks last night, but I am throwing a brisket, pork shoulder, and some ribs on the smoker tonight, so I will have plenty of time to sample some goodness out of my newbie sampler. Also, one of my neighbors bought me a bottle of Basil Hayden's so I may partake in that as well.
