If you hit the gym regularly, you won't find these very hard. Plyo might be a bit intense at first if you aren't used to it as might the core work out, but other than that its a solid system. One thing I should point out, the diet plan is a big part of what makes this work.

I did it for about 8 months and had great results. Depending on your level of fitness, it can be pretty intense. Lots of pushups, pullups, squats, etc.

The diet is a major part of the program, but if you follow the workouts and the diet you will definitely see results.

I got burnt out on it after about 2.5 times through the program, but I'm sure I'll go back to it eventually.

I am currently doing the lean version. Its working out so far. I'm athletic but not in shape at all. Its tough. The Diet is very important. I'm only one week in and I have already lost over 10 lbs. I am really surprised at how much my flexibility has improved. I would reccomend it to anyone.

I'm 2 weeks in and yea, the diet is key and I've transitioned it it pretty well. I don't miss pop at all. I stick to the 5 meal schedule so there's really no need/opportunity for cheating with crap food. Beer is my biggest challenge but I've already lost a few pounds and enjoying the program. If you don't work out now, take it very easy and do not try and keep up or you will hurt yourself.

I've heard great things about it, and it's not easy, especially the new Insanity version.

I'm actually headed to their HQ tomorrow to hang with the marketing team. I'll let 'em know BOTL says hello.

Pa,
I'm doing it right now. I like it alot and would recommend it. I've Always worked out but I get stuck in routines and Plateau. This programs helps me switch it up and not get stuck.

I'm working through it with another guy right now who lost 30lb (200 to 180) after completing the program without doing the diet but I wouldn't recommend doing that.

I did one run through it it with good results. I didn't follow the diet as closely as I should have, but I was still very happy.

The first two weeks are the worst as you get used to the program. You will be sore everywhere if you haven't been exercising the muscles targeted in P90x. But, if you push through the first two, you should be able to make it to the end.

BTW, I got inspired by a co-worker of mine who posted a youtube video of his results. I've known this guy for 6 years and he (was) my physique and his results were ridiculous. So after seeing it for real, I was in (I've always doubted some of the videos of people I don't know).

You should post the vid! It might inspire some brothers to do just the same!

Congrats, by the way!
