Prayed about some thing then the next day the big man slap ya in the face with a answer? Well it happened to me just now. I'm tight on money right now and I prayed for help last night, well my boss called me just now and said come on in for OT I need ya! Lol. Some times it just gets me. Am I the only one?

I am not a very religious person but I do have faith in God. This is one of the reasons. I have had few moments in life that have been as significant but once about 11 years ago I actually had a prayer answered while I was praying in my car. It was so significant it changed my life.
my whole life is one big miracle. every time I ask for help I receive it. For me the hard part remembering to pray.
yep, happened a lot of times. Sometimes it is in the smallest ways too. Answered prayers dont always have to be huge but He always cares for His children and gives what is best. Sometimes an answered prayer is the one with an answer that we didnt want, but it is still an answered prayer.

For me God has his own timing. I can usually look a ways back at what happened and go, "wow, so that was what that was all about!" I have learned to ask only for the knowledge of Gods will and the power to carry it out as it is difficult at best to understand His will while in the present.

Yeah, it's weird. Some of the worst times in my life happened for a good reason. I would of never have gotten a chance to know my father as well if he hadn't got sick. It's weird how the world works.
Short version of a long story- my wife was having a miscarriage and the doctor told me she likely wouldn't live for a few more hours. My preacher, and close friend as well, was there checking in at the time. We sat there in the lobby of a nashville hospital and prayed for what seemed like forever. Long story short she immediately turned around and walked out of the hospital the next day good as new. Not a big emotional loss because we found out she was pregnant, and having a miscarriage at the same time.

God our father is so awesome at blessing us in sooo many ways. As has been stated before we do not always understand His ways and timing but believe us; it is never the wrong time for us.
