I have heard very little about it and have been to lazy to look it up cause I love my Sirius radio. From what I heard its channels between the normal stations and there is a ton of commercials on them cause its expensive to run it. I could be completely wrong tho.
They are just trying to cash in on the "HD" hype from HDTV. I don't think its worth buying a new radio just to get some of the same crap slightly better quality and the smaller not so commercial stations can't afford the bandwidth or equipment to broadcast in.

Ain't worth it. "CD" quality but normally there's still a high frequency filter above 16kHz. Also, regular radio is shit anyway now. Might as well go with XM or Sirius. A lot of places, if you ask about it the salesmen will say, "We have plenty in stock if you want to buy one, I haven't heard it personally. I keep hearing about how great it is though." Real encouraging.
