Okay recently got 65% beads from heartfelt after using their 70% beads after a couple of uses started noticing small flakes of beads in the humidor.. so it got me wondering if I'm doing some thing wrong. Is this normal? If not does it effect their efficiency in any way?

The FAQ states that the beads may crack but that does not effect their utility.. I'm starting to see it filter through the mesh and onto my cigars, just a little worried as I thought there may have been a few that cracked while I switched out the foam from the humidifier and replaced it with beads but the dust keeps growing by the week.
