here's my formal introduction to what i know will be a useful and engaging forum... i hope to learn from you alll and to contribute as much knowledge as i can about this fine pastime of ours.
been enjoying cigars for about 4 years now... my favorite go-to cigars are the padron 2000 M, Padron Londres... and anything tatuaje (of course.) on special occasions... i have to say my favorites have been the 1964 exclusivo M, a Cuban Cohiba Robusto and the J21.
robustos have to be my favorite vitola. not too short, not too long. not too skinny, not too fat.
I like to drink ice water with my gars... sometimes i will drink a little coffee or a nice irish or scotch. whatever im in the mood for.
as far as flaming up i like davidoff matches.. or if im out i will use a long piece of spanish cedar. torches are convenient and give you a perfect burn... but there is something i enjoy about lighting a cigar without the use of technology... call it zen or whatever.
