My name is Dave and I go by Capttrips. Some might know me from other forums. Those who don't know me are probably blessed. I can be a tad irreverent and have been described as a "grumpy old man" and a few other things I can't say here. One thing for sure, I'm passionate about cigars. I live in Alexandria, VA, and spend most of my time at the Cigar Palace. I'm currently in the process of opening my own shop. My personal humidor contains around 5000 cigars covering around 400 lines.
I decided to join BOTL because I want to learn more about the lifestyle of cigars. You can never have too much knowledge. My most recent purchase was Saturday and consisted of 4 boxes of the Hererra Estelli, a box of LP 9s, box of Undercrown Corona Viva, and a box of T52s. I'm partial to Ligas, Tatuajes, and true boutique cigars. Hopefully this lets you get to know me better and, if nothing else, allows me to win the Mr. Congeniality award.
