My name is Will. I write a blog called "Cigar Coop"
Based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, I started enjoying cigars in 2008. Back in 2006, I originally would accompany my good friend Larry to local Cigar Lounges while living in the NY Metro area. While I wouldn't smoke there, I enjoyed the fellowship that a Cigar Lounge would open. When I moved to North Carolina in 2008, I missed the Cigar Scene. I then started frequenting Cigar Lounges in North Carolina. I then realized I couldn't go there and not enjoy a good Cigar. Once I started enjoying a Cigar, I was hooked.
I truly believe that Cigar Enthusiasm is about the sticks - namely the Smoke, the Craft, and the People. My blog, Cigar Coop is dedicated to these components. Hopefully you will pick up a little something along the way - and help me continue to learn about these things. Finally, I'm dedicated to fighting for the rights of a Cigar Enthusiast. We must stop the Pleasure Police (a term from Cigar Dave meaning those who try to take away our legal right to enjoy a good cigar)
I've also recently become a member of General Cigars' Ambassador Program - this is basically a Cigar Beta Testing Program for their products. You can find me at Outland Cigars or perhaps at a local Cigar Lounge nationwide....
The blog is http://cigarcoop.blogspot.com I welcome feedback. I look forward to being a "BOTL" on this forum.
