Hello all. Just picked up the obsession. My other obsessions are homebrewing, welding, building my 2008 Jeep Wrangler, cooking, drinking fine wine, and the list goes on and on. Just finished converting my wine chiller into part wine chiller, part humidor, trying to get the humidity stailized. My new favorite smoke is the Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur.
