Hi all,
I'm a semi-new smoker from Kansas. I got into smoking cigars around last October. Due to my schedule (and Kansas weather) I only get to smoke about one cigar a week. I've been attempting to narrow my likes and dislikes and I've pretty much managed to at least narrow it down to an island: I'm a big DR fan. The La Gloria Cubana Serie R, Aging Room F55, Ashton, and good old Gurkha (not sure why they get so much hate, they make good affordable cigars) among others.
I currently use a mini-wineador for a humidor. I struggled pretty hard with several traditional humidors before switching to a wineador. I think it's possibly due to the drastic humidity changes when get here in KS?
I'm happily married. We have two boys aged 7 months and almost 3 years. My wife and I are both pretty nerdy, we play World of Warcraft and D&D regularly. We also go to several renaissance festivals every year (in full costume). I'm a supervisor for a tax software company, she's a stay at home mom. I'm in the final stretch of finishing up my accounting degree to make the switch over to accounting.
On the computer nerd subject... If anyone else is into computers my handle over on the Hard Forms is 1_legged_sheep. I'm decently well known in the SFF community over there.
Expect me to be fairly active over here. I find forums to be a nice break from my daily routine.
