Hey everyone, 28 year old hailing from Ohio and new to the cigar game. I've enjoyed a few cigars here and there over the years but having no real knowledge of what and why I purchased or given (perhaps the bar was set too high for me as one of my first was a Robaina). Came to you guys by ways of google and just general poking around and seeking to learn more about the A to Z of cigars. Outside of cigars love being outdoors doing absolutely anything, especially golf and snowboarding, or wrenching on something in the garage or some DIY project.

Just wanted to take a chance to thank you all so much for all of the advice and info you've so kindly offered up as I feel it's really helped get me off on the right foot!

As far as favorite stick goes (extremely limited in terms of what I've tried) I've really taken a liking to the Flores 1975 Gran Reserva Corojo (if anyone could point me in the direction of things that would be similar it'd be much appreciated).

I see an empty wino which will probably be filled up soon enough, then you'll be in on coolers and more smokes.......;)
Welcome to BOTL from Long Island, NY!
Recommendations with what to stuff it full of are more than welcome! Gotta get to the 1700 stick or so capacity somehow

I'd recommend checking out the "Today's smoke 2018" thread to see what we're all smoking. Everyone's palates are different so something you might not like, I might love and vice versa. And keep an eye out on the "Official cigar deals" thread too as a bunch of us post some deals from our site sponsors and other vendors.

Welcome from Texas! Sounds like we have exactly the same taste in hobbies aside from the snowboarding. Avid golfer, and always have a car project to keep me busy. Just installed a Vortec 350 on TBI, GM Performance intake with bored throttle body running a custom chip, egr delete, etc. to an SM 465 granny 4 speed in a nice 94 ext.cab Chevy 4x4. Had several rock crawlers through the years, all Toyotas, hence the "toy" in my handle, Redneck-Toy
Anyways, good to have you aboard.
