Hello Gentlemen,
Just dropping to say hello and introduce myself. I am 27 years old and a fairly new cigar smoker. I got into smoking cigars this past march. My friend gave me a few Kristoff cigars for a wedding present and I have been smoking cigars ever since! Ironically, my first cigar made me sick as a dog for about a while, but I really enjoyed the taste and feel of smoking. I had quit smoking ciggarettes last year and missed it to an extent. However I find that cigar smoking is much more a matter of desire and relaxation than need. Since that first step into cigars I have become a large maduro fan, and very much enjoy Perdomo, Padron, La Gloria Cubana and Henry Clay toros. I am trying to develop my tastes, but I find it hard to break away from my maddy's that I love so much. One of these days I will get around to purchasing a real humidor, but in the meantime my tupperware container with cedar strips and a Xikar humidification thingy will do. Humidity stays around 66-68% had to add a few small holes to the container to get there. At any rate I am outdoorsman and enjoy hunting and fishing as well as camping. My wife thankfully doesn't mind my cigar smoking although I have to take it outside. That is a serious disadvantage in the north east and I am not looking forward to winter time. At any rate, hello everyone and hope you all are having a pleaseant evening!
