Hi everyone. My name is Chris and I started smoking cigars about 2 months ago. I still haven't quite developed the palette but I'm definitely starting notice some subtle flavors the more and more I smoke. I live in Plainfield (near Joliet) and have been going to Burning Leaf (nearby cigar shop/lounge) as much as I can to learn and hang out. As far as my collection, I'm definitely partial to Rocky Patel. My favorite so far from RP is the Decade. I also have a couple Opus X's, various Alec Bradley's, and about 15 AF Hemmingway Short Stories left (another go-to smoke). I've also started prepping a refrigador since running the AC has gotten a little expensive to keep the temps low enough in the humidors. Anyway, glad to be a member of the forum, and I look forward to chatting with you all.

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys. For the Leafers, I've been coming in around once a week, but I've been on afternoon shifts so its been either in the morning or near closing time. I DID see that RP sign for the event this Friday, and I'm hoping to get out of work early enough to make it. Hope to see you guys there.
