My name is Jim. I was at an event on Saturday Drew Estates hosted at a shop called the Humidor in Hunt Valley, MD. I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan Drew and a gentleman named Ron who lives in Lancaster, PA. Ron I did not get your last name so if you see this thread please give me a shout. Jonathan and Ron both recommended this forum to me. I am from Baltimore, MD, but now live in a town called Red Lion in PA. Interestingly enough the locals tell me this town used to be called the cigar capital of the world. Of course this would have had to have been a very long time ago because I had never heard it before I moved here. There are no cigar shops here in town, and the last cigar factory just closed a few months ago, but they do drop a cigar from the town hall to welcome in the new year. I am not an expert on cigars, but I know what I like and I smoke a variety of brands and types. I only smoke a couple of cigars a week; probably two a week on average. I have been enjoying the Drew Estates I purchased this past weekend and I thought Jonathan was a great guy. In my opinion, the character of the owner adds to the quality of the smoke. A friend of mine got me interested in Cigars during a trip to help rebuild a home in Biloxi, MS about six months after Katrina hit. There were nine of us down there and, after we were done for the day, my friend Dell would sit out on the front porch and hand out sticks. I think a few of us got our start that week. This looks like a pretty cool site and I am looking forward to the community.
