Not me, though. :)

Played a father child tournament this morning and the dad playing with us aced number 1 to start the tourney. 168 yards of pure awesome. I made sure to take a bunch of pics of him and his son on the green.

That's the 3rd I've witnessed. Who here has one or has seen some? Let's hear about it.

That is wicked! I actually thought I had one.... Hit onto a blind par 3 in a very public (low income urban area) Knew I was really close, and went down to the green and didn't see my ball. The green sloped a good 15-20 % so I looked all around the fringe and couldn't find it. I ran up to the cup and it wasn't in there either.... Confounded, I then started looking deeper outside the fringe into the rough and circled around the back of the green and a group of kids go running from the deep trap behind into the woods... I was pissed and my buddy was kind enough to let me place my ball on the divot I made on the green.... I still managed to just barely par it from 5 feet.... Terrible I know... Well after our match I walked out to my car and some kids come up to me asking if I wanted to buy a dozen balls.... I said sure... What ya got? They showed me about two dozen nice clean balls and my srixon with my initials on it. I grabbed their bag and and walked into the clubhouse and told the manager about it... I took my ball and left the bag he said he couldn't do much about them... Last time I played there....

Got mine on Jan 6th 2010. 164yd Par 3 on a windy cold miserable day. Of course after the Ace, I couldn't even concentrate on the game and the lousy weather didn't bother me at all. :)

I'm still dreaming of getting one. I did get a Double Eagle on a par five a few years ago. It was a blind shot, over a hill to cut the dogleg, about 210 yards on a course that I was playing a lot. So I knew where to hit the ball. I hit the ball clean, so I knew I was going be on the green and figured I was going to be close to the hole. So when I walked up to the green and didn't see my ball I was pissed. I looked all around the green and didn't see the ball any where. Since I was walking the course, I didn't want to walk back 200+ yards so I told the other guys in my 4-some to just play out the hole. I walk up to the flag to pull the pin for the other guys and my ball is in the cup. I was shocked and excited.

I know it's not a "hole-in-one" but that is the best I have done and all I could brag about....lol

180yds two tiered green, pin on the lower tier up front. Ball pitched onto backstop and creeped back. The lower tier is hard to see as there are deep mounted bunkers protecting the front.

Walked up with wedge and putter in hand only to have a ball thrown at me. Ace! Witnessed by my father and my bro. Called my mom on the next tee as she is the biggest golf fanatic among us.

Year later she aced that same hole.

I got one 8 years ago. Still have the bag tag that Pinnacle sent me for getting it and I think I have the news paper clipping (I was in a tournament). 161 yards, over water, elevated green, 7 iron. Didn't even see it drop in, pulled up in the cart and the foursome in front of us saw it go in and stopped and waited for me to tell me. I'm wandering around looking for the ball and the one guy keeps pointing in the cup.

What makes this worse for anyone that knows me is that I'm really, really bad at golf. So it just goes to show you, even a blind squirrel can find a nut.

I was playing in a 4 some on a mens retreat and a guy got one on a par 3 at fairfield in the NC mountains. we all signed his score card and he got a trophy at the clubhose. (really small trophy lol)

On a side note, on the same day I won long drive with a 150 yarder. We were the last group and I was the last player. Rules stated it ahd to be in the fairway, and non of the markers were in the fair way so I just lobbed one straightdown, lol.

Watched my uncle drop one on a par 4 at the King's Course in Scotland. He's not very good, but the ball went down. Best i've ever done is sink a 35 yard chip shot. again, blind squirrel

I was playing by myself on an executive course. The 11th hole was backed up because of slow players and I was talking to the group in front of me explaining that I'm just starting and this was the first time I was playing on a course. After they cleared the green (it was a 120 yard, par 3) I took my shot. I actualy f'd it up and it ended up rolling most of the way to the green and stopped 12" from the cup. One of the guys in the group in front watched what happened and threw his club in the air. After I sank my birdie, the guy said, "I can't belive this guy. First time on a course and he gets a birdie and almost a hole in one on a shot he fucked up on!"

Sadly, I ended up finishing my first game somewhere around 98 on a par 60 and every other hole was at least a double bogey.

Have yet to get one. Hit the flag stick a bunch, dropped one within 2 inches before. Haven't witnessed one either.
