I don't care what anyone says, I'll always believe it's completely safe to hold a house together with duct tape.

I'm guilty of my share. After I finished my original basement, I'd notice an occasional tingle when I'd touch my computer case during humid summer days. Took another look at the outlets I had wired to find that I had wire nutted all the grounds together but didn't pigtail them to some of the outlets. No ground!

There was totally a ground....you when you touched the computer case! heh.

I cringe at what some contractors would do if left alone. If it weren't for inspections, then you know some would do that stuff.
