Eodcole, makes some damn good bread and that got me wondering if any of your brother/sisters are a self proclaimed brewmeister? Its a little more complicated than the bread but its a great hobby. I have two IPA's under my belt and another that is in the work currently( my buddy and I started it before I left, and hes kept it going). Anyone else?

I will say, keep at it, its ok if u lose a few, well its not ok actually its sucks bad, but you can learn and grow from it. But when you do get a sweet batch, bottled clean and carbed just right its awesome! my first batch was a dud really, did not turn out anything like what we were aiming for, but we got lucky in that it still tasted pretty decent, so when everyone else enjoyed it (we hated it, needless to say "you are your own worst critic") their positive response drove us to try again and the second batch was much better and even more popular amongst our friends.

But like I said we got a big one in the works, its an IPA that is built very strong (mucho hoppy!) and has a stronger yeast so ABV should be nice and high, and after a year it will be well rested! Were calling it FULL CIRCLE IPA.
Inspired by Breckenridge 471 small batch, and Dogfish heads 120min IPA(If you havent had this and your even slightly a fan of BIG ipa's you have to try, warning thought its usually about 10$ per bottle).

When I get back, if it turns out even half as well as expected I would love to share so let me know if anyone is interested!

That Dogfish Head 120 IPA is an amazing beer... and almost impossible to find out here in Southern Cali. Good luck with your batch, coppeargl!
