I had this box waiting for me when I got back the other day. The neighbor took inside for me. It went through a couple of postal services so I don't know if I can blame ours or not. It too a month and a half to come from France!!! And the inside was still a little wet when I opened it.

I would bet it is ours that is to blame. I sent a Money Order to a guy priority with Delivery Confimantion and they lost it. No explination, no refund on the delivery confirmation. I asked them what did Delivery Confirmation guarantee? They then explained it really guarantees nothing. I did manage to get my money back for the MO, but that took six weeks.

They were damaged, but the majority are still smokable.

I've found out that they take care of the stuff in the priority and express packages much better than the brown boxes. I've never had a priority box damaged, but about 1/4 to 1/3 of the brown boxes come banged up! I had one that had been ripped open and taped back together. Good thing he shipped everything in expanding foam!

I think that the US Postal system would have put stickers on it if it arrived damaged. Chances are that the USPS played soccer with your box.
