Crappy day at work. Tried to finish on a high note.
Steak and shrimp dinner, cooked to perfection, followed by a Padron 1964 paired with some Jamieson's, an Innes and Gunn chaser and some Cash on the iPod. How do you decompress? Who's next?

I sit on a Friday and turn my Radio on.. Tonight I sat and talked to 5 Different Countries, and made a few new friends. It Takes my mind off Work, makes me think of All the little things here and what is going on in the places I talk to. All of a sudden my problems aren't as big as I thought.. One of the People I spoke to tonight was is Saudi Arabia, things are better HERE!..

After a hard day at the office ... I usually use one of these.

Followed up by a nice quiet dinner and some good wine, whiskey or rum.

I take a dump. Really. I let all the shit go when I poo.

Being in a high stress industry with crazy and impossible deadlines I can't find a respite through activities and I can't drink on the job....so I came to the realization that going to the crapper with all my frustration and letting it float away was the solution. I get to take 10 minutes to myself, no one bothers me, and I feel so much better afterwards.

Some damn funny responses so far. I am more boring I guess. I simply go home and chill with the family. Talk with the wife and child, play with the dogs. I sweat virtually everything, but seldome stress out. When I do, I realize I am not in charge and turn over the issues and let things go.

I sit in the corner and cry.

No seriously, I have always been pretty good leaving work at work. When I leave it's like I flip a switch and it's a new day. On those rare occasions if I do carry work with me home I will go for a nice long bicycle ride if the weather is nice or hit the gym. When the weather doesn't allow for out door activity I will play video games, nothing like a little Grand Theft Auto.

Couple shots of whiskey and an ambian. Doesn't give you much time to think about your problems.

I either play Grand Theft Auto (one of the many GTA games I have) or take my frustration to the gym where it can be put to good use.

I have a decent commute and normally I'm able to let it go between workand home. Plus I tend not to get stressed too much and due to my profession I know that there are always timeline and can most often see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Smoke a rope!!!!!!!!!!!
Well no ok really!
I work on my church website and a few others like my own family site.
I am a paramedic and I just want to sit and get away from people for a bit when I get done. Either that or get drunk while I work on the websites:yes:
