Being that I am not a seasoned CC smoker, I need your assistance. What do the more experienced smokers think of this stick? Most reviews seem to suggest a medium body and excellent aging potential. How are these when they are young? Thanks in advance.

I think I sent you a 00 du depute before the du roi is very similar just more to love. I hae never smoked a young one but every aged one I hae had has been great.

You did, I just found a good deal on a box of them, plus this vitola is being discontinued.

A bit flat when young but I guess that depends on the definition. After about 2 years they seem to open up. The more age, the sweeter they become, IMO.
