Yes, I've had many of them ... most from 1995 - 2004. They are a very good mild to medium-bodied cigar with a flavor profile that leans toward toasted nuts, cedar, a bit of citrus and some mild spices. Somewhat expensive though.

IMO, the Epi #2 is a bit better with creamier and fuller flavors.

I love the Epi 2 and have been curious about the Epi 1. It seems like aged Epi 1s are pretty easy to come across.

I love the Epi #1 went through a cab late 05 in about 3 months.

A very complex cigar and it does not need to much age to shine to me a very good cigar young very addicting. This cigar is best smoked with in 1 to 4 years as i think they loose some of the complexity with more age.

This cigar is medium-bodied and is very smooth and rich.

I have smoked aged ones and they just dont have that addicting flavor as when young still good but not as complex.

I think the Epc #2 has much more woody flavor and is not as complex as the 1.

In my humble opinion, the Epi II is slightly stronger but less complex than its sibling. If you like the Epi I, try a Juan Lopez Seleccion #1...Awesome stogie!
