Huge relief

Some of you that I've talked to know that we've had an interesting last year to say the least. Part of that was the need to move last fall for the health and safety of my wife and kids (and again next week), and put our house up for sale.

We got an offer in February on the house, and today FINALLY received the short sale approval from the bank!!!!!!

Finally we can start rebuilding our financial future, and more importantly move on from our old house!!!

A big thank you to those on this forum that have provided guidance, support, and an ear to vent to through the last 6 months of this incredibly frustrating process!!!

Yo Jim, I am glad to see things are finally looking up... I can empathize. From 2012 until last May I have been through some ups and downs, and Nicole and I are finally getting ourselves out off the hole cancer and joblessness put us in.

Hopefully you guys get things situated faster than we have... I thought for certain I'd be squared away by now, but it has taken longer than I anticipated. What I am trying to say is: have patience.
