Is it best to keep a humi full or half full.

A friend tells me keeping a humidor full can ruin cigars? :scratchhe

Depends on your outlook, but I'd rather have a full humi than a half full one . Seriously though not sure how a full one would ruin cigars as long as you keep tabs on them...rotate them every now and then. It's often easier to regulate humidity when you have more cigars in your humi.

I don't think either is bad IMO. It is more difficult to keep a steady Rh in humis that are stocked to the gills and those that are relatively empty. It's easiest to maintain at about 3/4 full. If you check on your sticks periodically you won't have issues either way. Use beads. They are the brothers element of choice for a reason. They work really well.:chat::chat:

biggest problem with a full humi is the Rh tends to go up, but with right amount of beads and rotation of stock every now and then there really isn't a problem. Half full you tend to have problems keep Rh from dropping to low. just my 2 cents.
