Hunting near Salt Lake City. Long shot!

Hello brothers this may be a long shot but needing some help!

So each year I travel to the Salt Lake City, Utah for the holidays to be with my family. Being very spread out my 2 brothers and I take this opportunity of rarely all being in 1 place to do some of our favorite things. Cigars and Hunting!

In years past we've had mediocre luck as we tend to go towards areas we've "heard" are good for simple hunting like Coyotes and Rabbits. Instead of simply wandering to find an area I've searched high and low online to find somewhere to take us this year. Unfortunately obviously no one is in any hurry to post their spots to the whole Internet!

So I turn to you brothers! This is a long shot and feel free to message me to keep it private but is there any chance anyone knows of good hunting areas for deer, coyotes or rabbits anywhere within maybe 2 hours of Salt Lake City?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and gladly reciprocated!

Sorry to say but coyotes and rabbits are really hunted hard on all the public ranges, if you can get access to private land you will have a better chance. If you get somewhere try howls, most people use cotton tail squeals. Good luck and if you get lucky make sure to get the 50 dollar bounty.

Thanks man really appreciate the response! Going to head out to a couple DNR spots after Christmas and see if we can get lucky! Have any advice on hunting in the Nephi area verse the Tooele area?
