BOTL - For those that may not know...my wife and I were recently blessed to adopt our baby girl--Alexandra Jo Huber--on July 12.
We'd been in the adoption 'process' for the past 2+ years, and we were literally at the end of our rope/clock when our miracle literally happened. In the matter of 24 hours, our lives change forever--for the so much BETTER. This all came right in the middle of "IPCPR week"--suffice to say, it is a week that I will not soon forget.
Since then, we've been so blessed by an outpouring of kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity from friends, family, industry associates, and the BOTL community. I'm not going to say /who/ was responsible for this extreme act of thoughtfulness (only because I promised I would not), but my wife and I were floored--not only by the beauty of this gift, but by the selfless and thoughtful gesture that made this happen.
When people speak of 'brotherhood,' I can't think of any more perfect example than the true BOTL that has been created here. This community is so much more than just 'cigars'--this community is about true brotherhood and a bond that runs deep....much deeper than just a commonality of cigars.
