That is the reverse wrap BTL.

Just checked my humi...pretty sure it is standard wrap. Unless the one I have is reverse wrap too...but it has the same roll.

They were made half reverse wrap, half regular. Just the other part of the leaf from my understanding, no different, not any more special.

It really isn't a rarity. The way it is rolled depends on which half of the wrapper leaf is used. So half of the cigars made should be "forward" and the other half made should be "reverse".

Just like Justin mentioned.

However, one thing that is different is the cap. The cap on the "forward" rolled BTL is maduro, the cap on the "reverse" rolled BTL is connie. At least that is what I have seen.
