Well now that I'm home I have my Glock 23 back in my possession. With the intent to carry at times, I just ordered a bad ass horse hide gun belt from www.thebeltman.net and a comp-tac minotaur holster. Now I just need to find where I have my Social Security card so that I can go get my damn carry permit. In the past two years my goods have moved three times. I don't know where a goddamn thing is!

Nice set-up! I have a belt from the same place, and the Minotaur holster is awesome.

Nice choice of pistol too! My G23 is my favorite handgun.

I fixed the link.

I just realized something. Between the belt, the holster and the shipping that is half the price I paid for my Glock with a LE discount. Hmm either the belt and holster are spendy or the glock is cheap. I'm going with the glock is cheap. After all I'm still at least 300 or so from a entry level 1911 between the G23, belt and holster.

I only know about it because a friend was able to pick one up for about $50. It's real quality construction & solves CC issues if you're not comfortable with IWB/OWB CC for whatever reason (sitting in car for a few hours, etc..).

Plus - it would safely store a couple of stogies with no issue on a hike in the backwoods or around town.

F-that... I'm getting one!

Well I'm not LE but because I was military when I bought it I got the LE discount under the Homeland Security Discount program Glock was doing. If you were LE, Military, Fire, or EMS I think you got a $100. All I know is I paid $170 less than what Bass Pro Shops is currently charging for a G23.

Okay boys I have my belt finally. It is a serious piece of leather craftsmanship. It is thick and it is stiff but it is comfortable. The inside has a strip of velcro sewn to it because of the clips I went with for my holster. I can't wait to start wearing my glock around town with this belt. I am one happy dude that's for sure.
