After so many years of having a gardner doing my yard I am now doing it myself with the wife. It is hard to find good help these day, I just let my last gardner go for being unreliable. So I went to my local Lowes and purchased a John Deere 190c mower, Echo weedeater honda edger and a echo blower. Damn this is some work, it took me and my wife 3 hours to do our front yard yesterday and 4 hours to do our back yard today before it started raining. I live on 7 acres. Boy let me tell you that the ICE cold beer never tatsed sooooo good afterwards. Oyeah, she drive the mower and I get to use the weed eater and everything else. Is that a deal or what.... Just wanted to let you all know I hate doing yards. Plus trimming our damn trees...........................

I've always lived on at least 5 acres of forest and lawn, and it's a bitch! Just got a house in an actual neighborhood and it's a breeze to take care of! Mowing the lawn takes like 15 minutes.

Today I look out in the back yard and damn it looks nice. My boys are out playing with the dogs and we can see the snakes now if they come out. I would like to smoke a cigar while cutting but its just so hot down and humid. We have 2 goats plus horses but that doesnt work to well since they are fenced up in the back property. I guess like my wife says, I will get used to it. LOL Atleast I cant get upset at anyone anymore for not showing up.
