LOL I have been back since last Wed. Today I went out with a classroom Kinder Teacher to each one of her kiddos houses and Introduced our selfs. Every teacher at my school does this on the same day for each one of their kids...we call it "The Welcome Walk". Nice to see kids with signs in their yards saying good things about the school, what teachers they missed over the summer, which teacher they are hoping to get, throwing the football around with the older kids who are out foolin' in the streets. Parents all happy, handing out all sorts of stuff, asking if you want to join them for dinner etc. As much as I love my summer break it has to come to an end some time but on the flip side there are only 189 more working days till next summer )
