I don't know where you live, but if you go to Meetup.com, you will probably be able to find an Urban Exploration group near you. Most of the members are usually photographers as well (mostly hobbyists) but you'll see more than you ever knew existed in your area.

Plus, you typically go in small groups for safety.

Those are incredible. Awesome pictures too. From what I understand, people still travel to Pripyat under there own risk. You wouldn't find me doing that. Although, I am extremely fascinated with that whole thing.

The adventurer and thrill-seeker in me really wants to go. Fortunately, that only accounts for 0.01% of my personality, so I will never actually go. I am content to live vicariously through those who will go. Anthony Bourdain did an episode of No Reservations from the Ukraine and visited Chernobyl. It looked really cool but creepy.
