is there such a thing as a cell phone that will allow me to get my emails, and also view websites such as Ebay, or my website? What do they cost? How much are the plans compared to a regular cell phone?

Anything considered a smart phone should have it. Be aware you have to pay extra on top of your regular plan for the internet connection.

Yes, you can run the internet and talk at the same time, at least with the blackberry.

If you go with a full QWERTY keyboard wait for the 8800, as it's imminent and has Wi-Fi.

Ron, I prefer the Treo 700P with the Palm OS. I found the Blackberry's to be too large for my tastes. The Blackberry has a large screen and keyboard. Several folks I know have tried the Motorola Q phone and love it.
