Hey everyone I'm new here to this forum and to cigar smoking. I really don't know that much about cigars at least taste wise. I've smoked a Romeo Y Julieta and a Montecristo classic El Conde tubo. they were good but I have no idea what I'm supposed to be tasting. So a little help would be great. I've seen reviews where people can taste things like wood leather coffee. I can't distinguish what i'm tasting. But i guess that will come with time!

Welcome to the board,

You smoked 2 really good cigars so far! Try blowing it out of your nose without inhaling (retro-hale) you may get more flavors than just blowing out but you may want to start trying that with a light cigar first.

The more diverse the cigars you smoke the quicker you may be able to differentiate and recognize different flavors.

... Oh and welcome!
