Info about Cigars for Troops

I have seen a couple things on the web about a program called Cigars For Troops. I was curious if anyone here knows how to get on that mailing list?

As a cigar maker, I would really love to get involved in a program like Cigars For Troops. If anyone has any information that would be awesome. It's the least someone like me can do for those who sacrifice for our freedoms.
