Went out to the coal drag-lines just outside our city. The site is massive, I travelled down a road inside of the site that was about 2 miles just to get to one of these machines. There are a few of these babies all over the area digging for coal, then processing and shipping on location.
I don't usually get to go out to this place, and am not sad in any way, as the site is usually filthy and in operation. Today the unit was shut down, so I didn't have to work on anything while the unit was swinging back and forth...yay. Makes for interesting picks.
Oh yeah, I was working on the A/C unit for the electronics room, my job entails a lot of different places and equipment every day, you never know what you are going to work on when you go to the shop in the morning
