Hey, what's up. I'm from CT and new to this site. Does anyone know what little white bugs may be on my cigars? I just started seeing them. They seem to avoid light and are very small.

I think your right. They really don't seem to disturb the cigars. Know how I can get rid of them. Should I?

I'd freak. Sorry to hear that & welcome to BOTL!

Seriously though - I'd systematically rub off & inspect each & every stick, seal them in freezer bags, put them in the fridge for a day, inspect, freeze for a day, inspect, back in fridge for a day, inspect isolate in cooler for a day, inspect.... then if everything looks good put them back into humidor/coolidor that has been thoroughly cleaned in the meantime...

I would freak out too, if they were just cheap smokes and I didn't have many I would chuck them and start over!

Thanks for the warm welcome. And tips. You ever get times during the day when your in a meaningless, or meaningful or whatever, where you think man, I could be smoking a cigar right now, but instead I'm here stuck in this conversation.

They are wood mites, harmless and easily killed by a day or two in the freezer. Or, you could just segregate the cigars in individual baggies for a bit & they'll just die out. Nothing to worry about. I've had them once years ago. I froze the cigars & slowly brought them back & all was well after a few weeks of TLC.
