iPhone/ tapatalk question

I have a question for the more tech savvy BOTL/ iPhone guys. I have a 16gb iPhone and I just realized the memory is basically filled up. I was looking through to see where most of my memory was used and it appears that 5.2gb is being taken up by tapatalk. When I checked, it says the app size is only 46.1 mb but the 'documents and data' is 5.2 gb.
So here's my question.. Is the documents and data memory all from the BOTL forum?

That does not make sense to me. I don't see how any app could cache that much memory. I would delete it and reinstall it.

I think it makes a difference on how you post pics, either Tapatalk Hosted or This Forum options. Not sure beyond that and which one would cache that.

The only app I have seen that can take up that much memory is the text app if you don't empty it.

Well I deleted the app and the used GB stayed the same (almost full) so I turned off my phone to restart it and now it won't turn back on... Every time I try to turn the phone back on it freezes at the loading screen with the white apple. I may have other problems to deal with now lol

My guess is you had other problems to begin with. Hopefully you can do a hard reset on your phone.
