I have had a Bolivar Petite Corona and it was frakking amazing. So I really think its a matter of opinion and I can't really judge yet because I am sure the flavors vary on size and age. I haven't had a aged Cohiba or Monte yet. So that's still up in the air. So to answer your question..... I don't have a FN clue. Hahahahaha!

I could go for the Cohiba - Mercedes comparrison...
Its just important to remember that there are also Audi's, BMW's, Porches, etc.. out there.. (all very high end, "luxury" cars from the same country.. but appealing to different people for different reasons)..
Just like there are Monte's, Bolivar's, etc.. (If a cohiba is a mercedes.. then perhaps a boli is a porche.. a monte is a BMW.. etc.. ).
To each his own taste...

Montecristo is the Mercedes. Known as much, or more so, for it's refinement as for it's power.
Bolivar is the BMW, the ultimate driving machine of cigars. Refined, classy, but probably known more for its abilities, though it's refinement isn't lacking.
Partegas is a Porshe. A lot of horsepower, a lot of class.
Cohiba is like a Lamborghini. A class all it's own!
