I hadn't even noticed the Nica Libre... But at least the color scheme there is different enough that I didn't mistake one for the other at first glance... Definitely based on the Padron, but not necessarily a mimic like the Patel stick..

Although the L in Libre and the P in Padron... That's a bit much

The Nica Libre isn't near as bad as the RP band. That one is just, as someone said earlier, totally shameless.

There are also several different brands (both CC and NC) whose bands look a lot like the Padron 000 line bands.

But I have no idea which of them came first, so I don't know who is copying who there :bouncetau

I take the band off and throw them away anyway, don't care if they're copying someone else. If I like a stick I buy it, who gives a flip who copied who. I don't make any money on them, I pay it, so I pay for it if I like it.
