Just curious? Finally cleaned out the exercise room to make space for a smoking space and I'm thinking about moving a couple of bottles of scotch and bourbon in to it. The only time it will be heated and cooled is when I'm in there so I was wondering if there a temperature where liquor doesn't store well?

Supose to be cool and dark for wine, thats why wine usally comes in a dark or colored bottle. I dont think it matters for bourbon whiskey and scotch. Make sure the corks are staying wet unless you like to fish for floties, might not be a problem if you drink it quick enough

That's my impression also. Now that I've embraced the nuances of good cigars I'm starting my "discover fine spirits" journey. All the reviews on the net and I never run across proper storage. Mini bar, here I come!
