I had my first Java by Drew Estate last night. It was ok. Was it "mind-BOTL'g"? (for you Blades of Glory fans)... No. Would I smoke them again...sure. I believe in the mantra "smoke what you like."

Ok, alot of people instant hate "infused" cigars here. But this is one that exemplifies what one COULD be. It is a very nice maduro smoke, the burn is perfect, almost crisp box press. And it tastes like dessert. I love it.

Had a Java once - found it to be a nice change of pace. Agree it makes for a good dessert cigar...and it goes well with a good cup 'o joe!

I smoked a few infused cigars by Drew Estate and I'll never touch another one. Can't do it, just too sweet. Glad you boys like 'em cause some body's gotta smoke 'em.

Doc.

Its funny that you mention the desert thing. For many years I would always here about people who enjoyed the JAVA or Tabak Especial or Kahlua, etc in the morning with their coffee. Then a friend of mine who smokes strong cigars all day long said that he has them as his last cigar of the day.

Sometimes its a really nice finish to a cigar smoking day.

Best,
JD

I keep this and the Tobak on hand at all times. I have a few friends who are not hardcore cigar smokers but when they come over these are they ones the choose and the women like them as well. Although I am not a flavored cigar fan myself I will even endulge in one from time to time. I really like the aroma as well.
